2. WHAT IS A COOKIE AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) by the server of the website you are visiting.

“They act as ”passports": they allow the Website to recognise you on your next visit.

Purpose: To maintain the context of the conversation and temporarily store the messages exchanged.

3.3. Statistical and Behavioural Analysis Cookies (Analytics & Heatmaps)

Featured Service Provider: Microsoft Clarity.

Goal: Create heatmaps and anonymous session recordings to improve the user experience (UX).

Data protection (Masking): the system strictly „masks” (hides) the content of all input fields, so that no personal data (e.g. password, credit card) is recorded.

Additional tool: Google Analytics 4.

Legal basis: your voluntary consent.

3.4. Marketing and Profiling Cookies

Goal: Display relevant offers on other websites and social media platforms (remarketing).

In the case of Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, the data is processed using IP address anonymisation.

6. HANDLING AND DELETING COOKIES
