DigiXRAY Website Mapping – Website Diagnostics
First the diagnosis, then the decision.
DigiXRAY Website Mapping is a low-risk first step for existing websites. We don’t ask for a complete project brief, but rather just enough information to conduct an initial professional assessment.
Who is it for?
- An existing website where something isn't working properly.
- A website that attracts visitors but generates too few relevant enquiries.
- It is unclear whether the underlying issue is technical, related to mobile devices, UX, or measurement.
- Before any reconstruction or major modification, evidence is required to justify the intervention.
Typical symptoms
Slow or laggy pages, poor mobile experience, unreliable navigation, interrupted form or CTA flows, incomplete metrics, technical instability, outdated or hard-to-scale architecture.
What we check and what you receive
What does Mapping examine?
- speed and key performance indicators for the given page and measurement environment;
- mobile readability, navigation, and conversion steps;
- friction related to trust and decision-making;
- analytics, measurement and the path from visit to enquiry;
- potential technical, stability, and security risks;
- Basic search and content criteria, if relevant to the problem.
The result
A clear diagnosis of the main issues, a list of priorities, and a next step that aligns with the identified situation. A fixed-price proposal for small, well-defined problems; a project proposal for a clearly defined project; and, in the case of a complex or uncertain scope, a more in-depth discovery phase may be warranted.
What don't we promise?
We do not claim that every problem can be fully identified through a free review, and we do not promise any guaranteed business, search, or performance results in advance.
Process and Next Step
Turnaround: Based on the data we receive, we first perform a triage. If the page or question requires further access or information, we will indicate this separately; we do not set an artificially precise deadline for an investigation whose scope is not yet known.
There is no obligation to purchase: The purpose of mapping is to identify the problem and determine the appropriate course of action. If there is no substantive problem or if there is no good fit, we do not push for the service.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to start a project after that? No.
Will I get an exact price? Only if the required scope can actually be determined from the available information.
Is this form the complete project brief? No. For the first step, we only ask for the information needed for triage.
What happens to my data? Data processing related to this form is governed by DigiXRAY’s Privacy Policy; separate consent is required before submission.
What happens after the data is sent?
1. Technical Assessment: After receiving the form, we will identify the critical issues on your website from a technical and user experience (UX) perspective. We will compile the results based on verified findings and repair priorities.
If more information is needed for an accurate diagnosis, we offer a separate, optional needs assessment. We do not request a full project brief until it is necessary for the initial assessment.
2. Diagnosis via email: Once the scan is complete, we’ll send you a clear, jargon-free analysis of the identified risks and factors that threaten stability.
3. Next step: Based on the diagnosis, we provide a prioritization plan. For small, well-defined issues, we offer a fixed-price quote; for clear-cut projects, we provide a project proposal; and for complex issues with an uncertain scope, we recommend a more in-depth diagnostic analysis.
4. Service alignment: Based on the diagnosis, we recommend only the relevant next level of service.
The proposed steps may be considered without any obligation.
