Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), the disclosure requirement is fulfilled as a precautionary measure as follows: DigiXRAY Labs is not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless there is a mandatory legal obligation to do so in a specific case.

Note regarding the former EU-OS platform: The European online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued; the underlying regulation was repealed on July 20, 2025. Therefore, no outdated ODR link will be published anymore.
