2. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND TRANSPARENCY
In accordance with the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act (Artificial Intelligence Regulation), we inform you that we use AI-based systems on the website.<\/p>

2.1. AI Chatbot (Aminos.AI)
Warning: in the chat window on the website, you are communicating with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based software, not a live person.<\/p>

Goal: Immediate customer service, technical assistance, pre-screening.<\/p>

Limited liability: the answers generated by AI are for information purposes only. The Data Controller excludes any liability for damages resulting from any \u201challucinations\u201d (misrepresentation), misinterpretation or incorrect legal\/professional advice of AI. Only a document confirmed by e-mail by the Data Controller shall be considered as a formal offer.<\/p>

Privacy: conversations may be logged for quality assurance reasons. Please DO NOT share sensitive personal data (credit card, password, health information) in the chat window.

Purpose of data processing: maintaining contact, preparing a quotation, preparing the conclusion of a contract.<\/p>

Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract or prior steps taken at the request of the data subject.<\/p>

Retention period: 5 years after the case is closed (civil limitation period).<\/p>

3.2. Behavioural analysis (Microsoft Clarity)<\/p>

Data processed: mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth and heat maps (anonymised only).<\/p>

Purpose of data processing: to improve the user experience (UX) of the website, to detect technical errors.<\/p>

Legal basis: article 6 (1) (f) GDPR - Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (quality of service and improvement).<\/p>

Retention period: 1 year (default setting of the service provider).<\/p>

3.3. Marketing and Remarketing measurements (Meta & Google Pixel)<\/p>

Data processed: IP address, browser type, subpages viewed, device data.<\/p>

Purpose of processing: displaying personalised ads on external platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).<\/p>

Legal basis: article 6(1)(a) GDPR - Your voluntary, explicit consent (acceptance of the Cookie banner).<\/p>

Retention period: until consent is withdrawn.<\/p>

3.4. Newsletter and Trade Information<\/p>

Data processed: name, e-mail address.<\/p>

Purpose of processing: sending professional blog posts, business offers and educational content.<\/p>

Legal basis: article 6(1)(a) GDPR - Your explicit consent (subscription).<\/p>

Retention period: until unsubscription (link at the bottom of the emails).

4. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND AND COOKIES<\/p>

The website uses the CookieYes (CMP) system to manage consent, ensuring Google Consent Mode v2 compliance. When the page loads, marketing and statistical codes are blocked until you explicitly consent to their execution.<\/p>

Applied technologies (Third party service providers):<\/p>

Microsoft Clarity: anonymous heatmap analysis. The content of the input fields is automatically masked (hidden) by the system, so no personal data is recorded.<\/p>

PixelYourSite (Meta & Google): connects your website to advertising systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). This allows us to show you relevant offers on other platforms.<\/p>

Google Analytics 4: Collect visitor statistics.<\/p>

5. DATA PROCESSORS AND DATA TRANSFERS<\/p>

The Data Controller uses reliable partners to provide the service. Some partners (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Aminos.AI) have servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), typically in the USA.<\/p>

Data security guarantee: data transfers to the US are based on the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and the General Contractual Conditions (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, which guarantee data security at European level.<\/p>
